Biography

Feidhlim is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and qualified as a solicitor in January 2021. He initially trained and practised as a solicitor in the litigation department of a large commercial law firm before joining Daniel Spring & Co in 2021.

Feidhlim practises in the areas of family law and employment law.

In the area of family law, Feidhlim advises and assists clients through both amicable and contested divorce, judicial separation, and cohabitation proceedings in the High Court and the Circuit Court. Within family law proceedings, he advises on financial provision (particularly in relation to family-owned business interests), custody and access, maintenance and cross-jurisdictional issues.

In the area of employment law, Feidhlim assists employees on all aspects of the employment relationship, including redundancy, disciplinary processes, unfair dismissals, employment equality and restrictive covenants.

Feidhlim is a member of the Family Lawyers Association of Ireland, the Employment Law Association of Ireland, the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and Cumann Barra na Gaeilge.
