Feidhlim is a solicitor in the Employment Law Group.

Feidhlim is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and qualified as a solicitor in 2021. He initially trained and practised as a solicitor in the litigation department of a large commercial law firm. He joined Daniel Spring & Co. in 2021.

Feidhlim advises and represents clients, primarily executives, employees and trade unions, on all aspects of the employment relationship, including unfair dismissals, disciplinary processes, redundancy, discrimination, industrial action and non-compete agreements.  Feidhlim has experience advising in employment situations across a wide range of industry sectors and has particular experience assisting clients in the technology, finance and gambling sectors.

Recent matters on which Feidhlim has advised include:

• Bringing injunction proceedings to restrain a disciplinary process against a senior executive of a technology company accused of endorsing criticism of the company’s owner.
• Acting on behalf of a trade union in defending Commercial Court proceedings for damages regarding threatened strike action.
• Proceedings before the Workplace Relations Commission regarding a failure to provide reasonable accommodation to employees with a disability.

Feidhlim is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, the Employment Law Association of Ireland, the Family Lawyers Association of Ireland, the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and Cumann Barra na Gaeilge.
