David is a solicitor in the Healthcare Law Group.

David is a graduate of University College Dublin and qualified as a solicitor in January 2022. He joined Daniel Spring & Co. in 2019

David advises and represents clients in relation to healthcare law and has experience in dealing with mass action type litigation, and catastrophic and fatal injuries claims. He has represented clients before the Circuit Court, High Court, Commercial Court and Court of Appeal and has experience with matters before the Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union. He has also represented clients at inquests before the Dublin District Coroner’s Court.

Recent matters on which David has advised include providing defence litigation advice to the State Claims Agency and to medical indemnifiers.

David is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, the Medico Legal Society of Ireland and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
