Aoife studied law at University College Dublin and qualified as a solicitor in 1986. She joined the Firm in 2007. Aoife has extensive experience  in property sales and purchases – for both domestic and commercial clients. Aoife has also completed the STEP Diploma in Wills Trusts and Estate Planning and holds a Law Society Certificate in Assisted Decision Making and Capacity.

Aoife has extensive experience in advising clients about Succession Law, Wills, Administration of Estates, capacity law including  the registration of  enduring powers of attorney created under the Powers of Attorney Act 1996 and Court Applications leading to the appointment of a decision making representative under the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015.

Aoife will consult and work with a client’s tax advisor in relation to wills and probate matters so as to ensure the client receives rounded advice on these matters.
