Biography

Aisling is a Graduate of University of Limerick and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2005. Aisling has extensive litigation experience, successfully representing clients in the High Court and Supreme Court. Aisling has specialised in Healthcare Law and in particular the defence of Medical Negligence claims.

Aisling adopts a hands-on and proactive approach in the management of claims to bring about, where possible, an expeditious and cost effective conclusion. Aisling has extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and has advised clients on contentious Insurance and Pension disputes.

Aisling is a member of the Medico-Legal Society of Ireland.
