Biography

Neil is a Graduate of Trinity College Dublin and qualified as a solicitor in December 2020. Neil joined Daniel Spring & Co in 2017 and has experience in all aspects of litigation including in relation to employment disputes, personal injury claims, professional indemnity claims, commercial litigation, healthcare law and family law.

Neil assists employees on the full range of legal issues that may arise during the employment relationship, including matters relating, but not limited to, redundancy, disciplinary, restrictive covenants, unfair dismissal, and employment equality.

Neil is a member of the Employment Law Association of Ireland
