We advise on all aspects of the employment relationship and routinely draft and advise on contracts of employment, policies and procedures, termination and compromise agreements, confidentiality agreements and codes of conduct. The Firm regularly engages in Mediation, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Arbitration with a view to resolving work related issues/conflicts.

In more contentious issues the Firm represents parties in work related claims before the Workplace Relations Adjudicators and the Labour Court as well as before domestic and international Courts (the Circuit, High, Supreme Courts as well as the European Court of Justice). Such reliefs also include applications for Judicial Review and injunctive proceedings as appropriate.
