Biography

Sarah Fenton LLB qualified as a solicitor in January 2015 and has been admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales. Sarah joined Daniel Spring & Co. in 2013 when she was seconded to the firm during her traineeship from a Dublin law firm providing specialist advice on Employment Law matters. She holds a Certificate in Pension Law and Practice from the Law Society of Ireland.

She has experience in all aspects of Civil Litigation at all jurisdictional levels, specialising in the area of Family Law and dealing with all aspects of Divorce, Separation, Cohabitation, and Civil Partnership.

She is a member of the Irish Women Lawyers Association, the Employment Law Association of Ireland and the Family Lawyers Association of Ireland.
