Biography

Jennifer is a Graduate of the University of Limerick with an LLM (Hons). She qualified as a solicitor in January 2014 and joined Daniel Spring & Co in 2012. Jennifer specialises in Employment Law, Professional Regulation Law, Healthcare Law and General Litigation.

Jennifer advises employees in the private and public sector on contentious and non-contentious Employment Law matters, to include claims for unfair dismissal, personal injury, redundancy and fixed-term legislation. She also advises on bullying and harassment investigations, disciplinary and performance issues and Medical Council complaints.

Jennifer is a member of Employment Law Association of Ireland and Member of the Irish Women Lawyer’s Association.
