Jacqueline is a University College Dublin Graduate and a Senior Solicitor with 20 years’ experience in advising on Corporate and Commercial matters, Company Law and Corporate Governance. Since 1998, she has specialised in Public Sector Advisory Work. She has spent a total of 5 years in-house as a senior legal adviser in the Department of Finance and the Oireachtas and has advised on a wide range of legal matters. Jacqueline also has extensive experience in advising on Legislation and the legislative process. Jacqueline was recently involved in drafting the Firm’s submission to the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Health and Children on the draft Scheme of Civil Liability (Amendment) Bill 2015 (enabling the making of Periodic Payment Orders in catastrophic injury cases).
